Who operates this website
Pocket Play is an independently operated browser-game website at freeonlinegamez.link. For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, contact sparkcapybara@gmail.com. We do not require a Pocket Play account to play.
Information on your device
Favorites, recently opened games, language and appearance are stored in your browser. Cheers begin at zero and count taps in the current page session, not unique players or a global total. Game saves are managed separately by each game. Clearing favorites and history does not clear game saves, provider cookies or submitted reports.
External games and providers
Selecting Play may load a game from GameMonetize or another creator’s domain. That provider receives network information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies, local storage, analytics or its own advertising. An external link opens the creator’s website. The game’s source is identified on its page; external providers have their own privacy practices. Pausing our Google ads does not switch off advertising inside third-party games.
Google advertising and consent
Our Google AdSense ad loading is currently paused. The account-verification meta tag and ads.txt remain published. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising. We will verify applicable consent controls before enabling it. This policy is a disclosure, not a consent request. You can manage browser cookies and Google ad preferences separately.
Logs, reports and retention
The server records request information, which may include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Nginx access and error logs rotate daily with 14 rotated files retained. Rights-report records include the name, email, message, evidence and a keyed IP hash supplied or generated during submission. The report service removes records older than 180 days at startup and during hourly cleanup. These periods concern active server records, not copies you retain, provider records or email correspondence.
Requests and your choices
Email sparkcapybara@gmail.com to ask about information you submitted, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include a report reference if available; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Retention required for a legal obligation or dispute is considered separately. For game-provider data, contact that provider; we cannot clear another provider’s storage on your behalf.
Children and younger visitors
A category name or a “13+” label is not a formal age rating or assurance that a game is suitable for everyone. Some games may appeal to children. Our own Google ad loading is paused across all pages. Third-party game content and advertising must be considered separately. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to Pocket Play, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
